EL-Café is a third-generation coffee distributor company founded in the early 1960s by Mr Lim Yew Tee. Originally known as the See Bee Company, the premium quality and affordability of its products saw it winning the hearts (and tastebuds!) of coffee-drinkers islandwide; to become one of the largest roaster and distributor of coffee products in Singapore.

Fast forward to today, EL-Café is a coffee bean distributor specializing in the B2B market of gourmet coffee roasting and providing consultancy services in the setting-up of modern cafes.

EL-Café is run by Mr Eugene Lim, a third-generation distributor and the grandson of Mr Lim Yew Tee. Born after the founding of the See Bee Company, Eugene literally grew up around coffee and as such, developed a profound interest in the intricacies of roasting coffee beans. As an owner and master roaster, he is able to work hand-in-hand with his customers, who have been able to leverage on his decades of experience to source for and roast coffee beans, thereby creating the distinct flavour profile they have been looking for.
